I like this word “terrer”.
In Malaysia, we use it to refer to someone or something being amazing. Never mind its origin. Some say it is related to terrorism or terrorist. I don’t really dare commenting or someone from Peace Hill will contact me shortly. You know la, FB postings are no longer your personal comments nowadays. They can sue you one you know!
Back to the word “terrer” or the English word (terror). I like it because we can use it in many contexts:
- Wah! You terror ah! Like that also can ah. (sarcasm)
- Look at that crying baby...she can cry so loud. Terrernya! (amazement)
- You are so awesomely terrer! I like you so much. (admiration)
- You dare? You think you so terrer ah? Try la. (threat)
- She very terrer one. Everything also can. Everyone also can. (gossip)
- What? You got 38 for English? I thought Teacher Irene is terrer enough to teach you! (disbelief)
